Product identity and traceability
Check grade and source records, preserve batch and movement information, and reconcile custody documents.
Checks before release
Apply approved, location-specific inspection, sampling, water control, filtration and equipment checks before transfer or delivery.
Stop and escalate
Quarantine or hold suspected off-specification product, prevent its use, and refer it to authorized quality personnel for disposition.
Records and oversight
Keep legible quality records, maintain equipment and review trends, exceptions and corrective actions.
